Colon-D: Persimmon leaves, malva leaves, holy thistle, marshmallow leaves, blessed thistle, and fennel.

Liver Support: Extra virgin olive oil and Vitamin E.

Liver Mix: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), magnesium sulfate, yucca root, artichoke 4:1 extract, dandelion 4:1 extract, milk thistle extract, ginger root, and turmeric root extract (95% curcuminoids).

The liver detox phase (Days 6–7) can cause temporary effects like mild nausea or increased bowel movements — this is normal and a sign the detox is working. Stay well hydrated throughout the process.

During Phase 1 (Days 1–5), eat normally but try to reduce processed foods and heavy carbohydrates.

During Phase 2 (Days 6–7), follow the specific meal guidelines: light breakfast on Day 6, chicken broth for lunch, no dinner. Day 7: skip breakfast, light meals only. Avoid carbohydrates (bread, rice, sugar) as much as possible.

If this is your first liver cleanse, we recommend repeating it in 2 weeks. After your second cleanse, do one every 4–5 months for maintenance.
